One of the youngest Kirari 31 cultivars, shaded by Honzu bamboo mats and then harvested by hand.
Preparation
5g of tea
125ml of filtered, soft water with a temperature of 65℃
90s infusion
The tea is multi-infused. We recommend that you prepare it in 2-3 infusions.
In other infusions, shorten the tea steeping time in 30 second intervals.
