Karigane Oritaka

Karigane is an extremely interesting tea for us, and we are very happy that we have this type of tea from Kyoto's Yoshida Meichaen Farm, which focuses on this tea.

It is a very unique taste, which in the first moments will surprise you with its freshness and mild pungency, but then you will be delighted by the distinct Umami taste and pleasant sweetness.

5g of tea
50ml of filtered, soft water with a temperature of 60℃
120s infusing

The tea is multi-infused. We recommend that you prepare it in 2-3 infusions.
In other infusions, shorten the tea steeping time in 30 second intervals.
